Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I was comcerned the size would be overwhelming to my small home/office. It fit perfectly on my desk next to my surface pro. Setting up the printer was easy it took about 10 minutes which i find decent. WiFi signals have been strong with no interruptions. I opted for the hp ink replacement and it has already ordered replacement ink cartridges . This multi-function printer is very quiet compared to our older HP printer that we were using for about 4 years. I have had no issues no paper jams, no misprints, mo double paper feed issues. I fully recommend this printer to everyone whether or not you own a business or just like to print alot at home!

The first OfficeJet 9025 that I received was defective, had to send it back and HP sent another printer. The 2nd one works, but is slow to retrieve paper and very loud! This was an upgrade from the Officejet 8610 that had a printhead error. Thought I was upgrading to a better printer, but not impressed.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I haven`t set up a printer or scanner for a few years and I am surprised how easy it has become to do. At least with HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer. I had some difficulty with the mechanical part because you need to put in a blue and red cartridge than put in yellow one till you hear a click; then put black one; then push blue and red cartridges further inside to make them sit at the yellow cartridge level. I didn`t do this part well, the printer “told” me what was wrong through the screen, I adjusted cartridges and it works. Everything else was painless.First, you need to set up a wifi connection. I did it through the iPad app and everything went automatically, I neede to push just one button. After the printer was connected to wifi I connected a laptop, a desktop, a tablet (both with ios), and phone (android based) less than in 10 minutes. For laptop and desktop computer you need nothing, just add a printer and the process will continue automatically. For a tablet and phone, you need to upload an HP smart app. I like the following functions of the device:- it both prints and scans;- it does double-sided printing & scanning; – you can print from a computer, mobile phone or tablet;- you can scan to send the scanned file in the email;- you can take a picture and print it instantly;- you can print from google docs;- you can save the task you do frequently (for example if you scan and send documents for the same recipient every week) and then use one button to perform it.It is very easy to print or scan from a mobile device through the app. The only thing I didn`t figure out yet how to do double-sided scanning from the mobile device.Make sure you choose the high resolution for scanning any file with pictures or diagrams in it. The HP app is set up for 200 dpi which is ok but on the laptop and desktop default 75 dpi set up wasn`t working well even for text files, I had to adjust it.

This OJ Pro 9025 has the same basic features of my older 8740. Both excellent machines.I preferred the fixed output holder on the older unit. The receiver.on the 9025 must be pulled out with each new print session and it protrudes weakly out where it can be inadvertantly hit by a person walking by. However, the basic operations work flawlessly and the print quality is excellent. I have been quite happy with HP equipment and I will continue to purchase newer computers and printers from them as thy become available.

It won’t allow me to scan from printer to Mac, by pressing scan on printer. If I’m doing something wrong, please help, HP. I keep getting error messages as well. So far, not very pleased. Will likely return.

After using this HP printer life in the printing world have become so much easier for my employees and myself. I am a bit old school and prefer a hard copy instead of looking at it on the screen, this printer is amazing and does exactly what my business need. The attractive look of the printer showcases the white and gray pair perfectly goes with any color in the home, office or even dorm room. The warm, clean look with a very nice bright screen that is easy to maneuver is a plus especially for beginners. The easiest set up I have ever done; it was a breeze and was done within minutes of plugging the printer in. No smudges. Simply crisp professional documents as they come onto the printer tray. When I say I have tried all the types of printer paper on the market to ensure I can print from all; I have loaded envelopes, glassy paper, the highest quality of HTV and of course your regular printer paper. Hands down this little printer is a true work horse and every document came out perfect. Another plus is being able to receive free ink with affordable prices when its times to pay for ink. I will most definitely recommend this HP printer to all my friends and family. I never realized how bad my other printers were until I got this little workhorse HP Printer and put it to work. This printer has been absolutely amazing, HP have a new loyal customer and I will consider other products in the HP family.
