Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I have been using this printer for over a week now and it works great. Easy to use, scanning it great, and overall does all that I need it to.

I purchased this OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer about three weeks ago, after complete frustration with the performance of a brand new Epson 4-in-1. The reviews I read about this OfficePro were almost uniformly excellent, and they were RIGHT ON! It’s a delight to use: the little LCD screen, together with the online user’s manual, gives you all the guidance you need, in clear, concise instructions and (for spatially-challenged folks like myself) excellent diagrams and illustrations. It pairs flawlessly with the print function on my iMac , it scans to the computer very well, and it’s also remarkably quiet. Am just really happy with it.

Had to replace my 8000 series of same printer. It arrived in great condition and much smaller and nicely designed. However it’s very noisy due to being all plastic compared to the older 8000 series. This is my 6to or 7th Officjet Pro and I’m very loyal to this product Beautiful copies Very reliable and outstanding customer service which is the bottom line

After my old HP printer that I had for well over a decade gave out, I started shopping for a new printer. This product came highly recommend and so as I made the purchase. I definitely made the right choice. I was up and running in minutes, printing from my phone as well as my ubuntu laptop. I highly recommend this printer.

I can’t wait until I have to print out some checks. I can set the top tray with the checks and not worry about printing on blank paper. This is my third HP printer, the print quality has always been great and the print speed has always increased from one to the other and they are in the same class of printer.

I already had an HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 which I have given to my wife to replace her HP LaserJet 1200 series, which is just a printer. We have had that laserJet for going on 20 years and it still prints fine, but this move will give her more features too. And coincidentally, I am typing this just as my new HP computer has arrived via FedEx! I am replacing my 9 year old HP Win 7 machine with one with a solid state drive and Win 10 🙂

prints well, but noisy warm-up phase makes one worry about the durability of the device

I bought this about a month ago. It performs very well and has a the features that one would expect from a HP product. The only feature which it is lacking is a single sheet feeder. This is very important for printing checks, envelopes and other special printing situations. If I would have realized this beforehand I probably would have bought a different HP printer.

The Office-jet Pro 9020 Series is a thing of beauty. Immediately upon unwrapping we liked it. It is well constructed with a muted elegance about it. You can also tell that the materials aren`t cheap. The printer was very easy to set up and is very user-friendly. Scanner, copier and Fax work perfectly. We are really excited about the super convenient features of WiFi printing and the ability to print directly from our phones, or email documents to the printer to print. Printers like these with these types of features usually take a while to print, and are generally in monochrome. The fact that printer is in full color and prints pretty quickly only adds to its overall capabilities. Pros: Very easy to set up and use. Surprisingly fast. Most convenient printer we`ve ever owned. (wireless, Mobile, and email printing)Full brilliant color.Sleek design.Cons:A bit bulky. Perhaps rounded corners would address that. Summary:This is definitely a next-generation printer. In this printer you pretty much get everything you want in an all-in-one workhorse, and then some!

I love HP and their printers. The wireless connectivity was a breeze to setup. Aesthetically, it’s design is sleek with the normal matte gray and off white. The touch screen is helpful for set up. It’s not too small. The only con is the single tray but that’s not a dealbreaker. 250 sheets is a decent amount without impeding productivity, and The ink for it won’t break the bank. The printer speed is great for small to medium projects and the ADF is always a plus. I don’t experience any loss in wireless connection while printing. Great buy and investment.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have never been a fan of HP printers, I always felt that they lacked some quality that other brands had in quality of print and in the machine itself. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the 9025 at my house. Upon initial unboxing, everything was laid out and packaged very well. I am a big stickler for this. Excess packing is such a waste of cost to consumers since it all goes in the garbage. When I pulled the printer out, I didn`t realize how big and bulky it was going to be, again a good thing for an office quality machine. When I got the printer onto the table to start setting it up, the front flap immediately fell down….guess I know where the ink goes. The front white piece where the logo is seems to be a very thin piece of plastic and would recommend this be made thicker and the magnet that holds it, be stronger. Plugging it in and setup was a complete breeze, anyone can do it, literally. After setup and configuration, I did encounter a problem even before I started printing. I received error B8047A26 and I had to reboot the whole printer. Once it rebooted, it connected and I was printing away. Everything worked well and the pictures and documents were clear and crisp. I was able to hook it up to my mac and the scanner works great, exactly like I would want. After a week of use daily, I cant find any problems with this machine. Its quiet, prints quick, and very nice looking. the double trays definitely come in handy. If I had a big gripe, I would say to make the print cartridges bigger. These are going to run out so quick and its noticeable when you sign up that they try to up-sell you on ink immediately.
