Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

HP delivers on expectations with this printer, I am simply thrilled with all the features. The print quality is professional and allows me to make stunning and appealing documents of every sort. I love the smart app that allows me to print remotely, this in itself is such a help to increase my productivity. Easy to sync to Google Drive and makes my daily tasks run smoothly and efficiently. This coupled with the remote printing gives me the freedom to work anywhere and saves me so much time. The tray can hold a whole ream of paper so I always have a supply of paper at the ready. Smart Tasks help me organize my documents and are very user-friendly and intuitive. The speed is faster than any printer I’ve tried yet and cuts down on the burden of waiting too long for important documents to print. HP understands that time is money and with all these fantastic features and more, I am saving time and increasing productivity. Not to mention the printer is a joy to use and has everything I need and want to print professional documents and more. Highly recommended.

HP 9025 came well packaged, super easy to unbox and setup. Love the fact the cord is just that a cord.. no big power supplies… Setup went as easy as 1.. 2… 3… inserted the ink, connected to my wifi and I was off and printing. Previously having HP printers I easily added this one to my insta ink account and setup my printer email.. Using the printer is great having two paper trays is a real time saver! Prints fast and quiet!

I have been a HP customer for years and until this last 3 months, I have been pleased with HP products. The 9025 is a little hard to get used to with the two paper trays. Haven’t really had time to use very many features. Do wish it came with a manual with pictures of course. Support is hard to contact. Guess I don’t have the right phone number.

I have gone through quite a few printers in my small business. I have to say this is probably one of the easiest printers to setup to date. From opening the box to having printer setup was less than 20 minutes. Thank you for making this process really easy. One thing that really sold me on trying HP Printer was the HP App. I liked the idea of being able to scan documents that I can automatically save to the cloud, email, or print. This time saving ability was amazing for me and my small business to keep documents organized and simplified for tax season. Printing is very fast for documents. Overall printing is quite too which is important. I love the ability to have ink delivered monthly through the monthly subscription program that HP ink provides. In past running out of ink and waiting for the new ink to arrive was a bit of a pain so this having the constant monthly arrival is great for me to stay on top of printing and business tasks needed.

This is such a nice printer and I enjoy the different functions it has to offer. This Hp printer works very well and it’s very easy to assemble even connecting it to WiFii. Even with the touchscreen on the side, it works great where you can choose witch functions you need to use. I like how convenient it is to print from anywhere in your house while being connected to wifi. Overall, such an amazing HP printer that works and print nicely. Nonetheless, the quality of this HP printer is perfect, even the printing. I love how you can print on both sides and you don’t have to take it out and turn the paper over and that’s one of the major Pros that I love about it. I will definitely recommend this printer to anyone because, of how great it works and the functions it has. I love it.

I brought this to replace one that got lightening damage and it works fine. It’s only been two weeks. The first replacement did not work proper fax components defective. The next one was spitting out extra sheets after printing. Finally with third replacement all is well. I hope I can say this months from now.
