Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I am very pleased with all aspects of the HP 9020 printer. It is equipped with everything that I need in a printer. The text is very precise, and the speed is rapid. I have not tried color prints yet, but I anticipate that this printer will live up to its excellent reputation.

This in terms of quality, this printer is the worst HP printer I have ever owned. My biggest complaint is the the output paper tray does not hold the paper flat and after several sheets they start flying to the floor. Very poor design. The other complaint is the touch screen is very small and not nearly as well designed as the old one on the HP 8620. When entering information such as the pin number for google drive, the screen almost seems to lock up and the numbers end up not being able to be entered properly unless you keep touching the same number until it shows the dot. When printing single sided we accidentally had tray 2 selected for the paper (but the paper was only in tray 1). Instead of it just printing from tray 1, it ended up printing a sheet and then trying to put it back in while another was printing, resulting in multiple paper jams. This happened repeatedly until we found the setting and changed it. Again, very very poor design. Another, issue was I was trying to print from tray 2 double sided, it ran out of paper and should have gone back to tray 1. Instead it first spent at least 1 minute waiting for each paper to “dry” before printing on the second side for each sheet (this is much much longer than normal double sided printing) Then gave an error that there was no paper in tray 2 (but there was paper in tray1….it just wouldn’t use it). Scanning was another issue. When downloading the software the recommendation is to use HP Smart, which works for most things. However, it won’t scan a pdf to the computer using the printer menus (I believe it does work when using the computer menus instead) Instead, one needs to install the full driver software. The scanning feeder tray is also very small and won’t hold nearly as many papers as my HP8620. Overall, worst HP printer I have ever owned.

HP printers are still available in todays shortage of printers available on the market. Amazon continues to allow its stores to charge insane high prices for the available printers. HP reliability is real, but pay premium price for it. In todays market however at HP recommended prices, they are a good deal since many retailers are taking advantage of customer demand without any conscience. B&H Photo was a breath of fresh air when I found them only asking the true price and with free shipping. The printer works great after downloading the software and some self training and learning how to use its many features to automate with fax and scan capabilities of the software. Thanks B&H.

When I started with my 9025, I was worried that the instant ink program would be either a pain or cost prohibitive leading me to not use the printer. Both turned out to be completely wrong. I love always having ink in my printer, with options to change my monthly volume of printing. I love the “roll over” pages as I call them the ability to have pages I did not use the month before available the next month. Being on the road all the time and having a family at home that can always print and never need to worry about ink running out or needing to print and not being ready is amazing! While using my new printer, the print quality was always outstanding, and my concerns about ink coverage is so much lower knowing my ink will always be available. Wireless printing worked flawlessly I have really enjoyed using every feature this multifunction printer has!

I have owned many HP printers before both color and monochrome, laser and inkjet. This printer has by far surpassed the previous models with print quality and capabilities. The touch screen is easy to use with simple instructions on printing, fax, copy or scan and also maintenance. I also like that it is wireless and I can send documents from my phone directly to be printed. It is two-sided and that is an advantage for me because I print a lot of pages that have a front and a back to them. I also like that it has two paper trays so I can print different sizes quick and easy. It is much lighter than other printers as well which is a bonus because I take my printer with me when I travel. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone, it is a plus that I use HP instant Ink and they ship my ink to me anytime I get low without me having to contact them.

This was a breeze to set up its so easy there is a video to help you out which i used. The ink was simple to put in not hard to reach at all which is a must. The video helped me out i mean this is a simple to use for anyone even if this is your first printer step by step it shows you so you shouldnt have any promblems. The quailty of the print is awesome so vibrant and its amazing also the fact i can scan from my phone i mean hello now i can perhaps print all the pics i have in the cloud and i also love the fact i can have ink delivered so i dont forget about it that was a surpise which im glad of

Without the help of HP support, I could not have set up the the all-in-one features. I still don’t know how this interacts with my Note 5. I have had issues with scanning. Also the outgoing paper tray is far too short (this is a major design flaw that needs corrected at once.
