Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I printed one page from my laptop and I was amazed at the vibrant array of colors, the print quality is so good I was so happy it looks like professional quality printing. I also used my desktop to print and I printed a form from a picture on my phone, unbelievable quality and ease of set up and ease of use. This is the best printer I have ever had so impressed with how fast and neat the printer is. I love the look and feel of the entire thing it is a very nice quality printer I signed up for the ink and I could not be happier.

We really love this all-in-one printer! It prints very fast and the ink is clean and dries quickly. The quality is great even when you set the number of ink droplets and quality to lower/draft version. The color ink wells are much smaller than the black ink well so be prepared to purchase ink in different intervals based on your needs. We will be using mostly black and white ink but it’s great that is also has color ink options. The copier and scanner work amazing and I love the touch screen feature. I have not been able to use the fax feature yet but plan to soon.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Our other printer was a Dell and was a great printer but stopped working one day and could not be repaired. I knew I want an all in one printer with the ability to print from anywhere and I found it with the Officejet Pro 9025! I`ve had the printer for ten days now and it is everything I could have wanted and so much more! It prints really fast, copies and scans both sides of a document, accepts the full ream of paper (no more leftovers I don`t know where to store) and can hold 100 sheets of copies! It prints in color and has an option called HP instant ink that lets my printer never run out of ink! I have sent things to this printer from every area in my home and every device I own, iPhone, ipad and desktop pc! My print jobs were always there waiting for me without a hitch! Adding the printer to my available printers was a breeze. In fact setting it up for the first time was the easiest install ever and it was really fast! It`s all over wifi and Bluetooth! It came it a small enough box and was super easy to setup. It looks great and comes with an LCD screen that makes everything so easy to customize. If you are looking for a good quality all in one that will exceed your expectations than look no further because you`ve found it!

Bought it a month ago to replace an older version . It was easy to set up ( We ran on Mac in our house ) . There are a couple of features I can’t use with my mac but overall it is very easy to use ( work from home , print and scan a lot )

Really like the 2 trays. I can load paper in tray #1 and envelopes in tray #2. The printer recognizes the tray setting for envelopes allowing me to print off a document and follow right up with the envelope without having to remove the paper and replace with envelopes. Wireless printing works fast and accurate.

This is such a great printer. There are only a few things that I can say I don’t like but everything else is excellent. I love the double sided printing. The set up is so easy for this printer. It literally only needed to plug in one cord. Setting up all of my devices to the printer was seamless. So the few things that I don’t like are, 1) I feel like the tray that the documents come out on should be a little longer and , 2) I wish it was AirPrinter and, 3) I wish it came in black. None of these things are major, or deal breakers. I was not able to figure out how to scan a double-sided document from the document feeder however I didn’t really research it either. Hands-down the best feature about this printer is the HP Smart app which allows you to take a picture and scan a document. It’s so quick, so easy, and, so life-changing. I also do not find this printer to be very loud. I think that if you have a lot of printing and scanning needs this will meet every need and, can stand up to any demand You can’t lose with this purchase.

We purchased this printer as a replacement for an earlier model HP All-in-one. We have been happy with these printers to a large degree as they have been fairly dependable. Our greatest issue with this current choice of printer is that it is much noisier than the Office Jet Pro 8600 that it replaced. To some degree annoyingly noisy.
