Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I have primarily been using a laser printer/multi function device up until now in my home/office. This is my first experience with an inkjet multii function device and I have to say I’m imprssed so far! It’s almost like a combination of an inkjet and laser printer in the sense that it is as quick as a laser printer if not quicker but has the quality of the inkjet!! It’s an all-in-one device that has got all the bells and whistles of modern day printers including a touchscreen, wi-fi connectivity, mobile & remote printing, 2 sided scanner and printer. It also has some additional features like ability to scan documents to cloud and ability to order ink automatically when it is running low. I’ve been using it to print extensively for the last few weeks and haven’t had any trouble with paper jams or losing connectivity so far (which I have experienced in prevous models of printers I owned) . I have also used the scanner quite a bit and that seems pretty fast as well especially the color scanner. My previous model scanner used to take a while to scan in color, but, this seems to do it very quickly!! It’s also a very sleek and modern looking printer. Overall, I am impressed with the quality and dependability of this all in on device and would highly reccommend it to anyone looking to purchase it!

The ADF holds very little paper. The scan and fax quality is terrible. The output tray holds very little paper. My computer loses connection and it is a wired connection.. The device has frozen on me at least 3 times and I have only had it from 10/11 to 10/28. You only got 2 stars because I like the envelope tray.

The machine is very good! Would recommend HP manufacture a longer DC cord to go with the unit. The cord was too short for my space. Would make the space for line in wider.

I should have kept my HP OJ Pro 8740 printer. The price for the HP OJ Pro 9025 AIO price was great. It is hard to set up the 9025. The setup for the 8740 was much easier.

I’ve had the pleasure of using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 AiO Wireless Printer for the past couple of weeks, and it is a fantastic printer. Starting with the unboxing and physical setup – the printer comes fully assembled and all you need to do is plug it into a wall. Wireless functionality can be set up without any tethered pc connection. In fact, the printer has a very neat mobile app that assists with setup. Additional software can be installed to your PC to take advantage of the smart functions (scanning, fax, email, save to network, etc.), but for just printing, Windows 10 picked it up immediately without any need for installing software. Piece. Of. Cake. I’m now utilizing the scanning function daily, and print quality is great. I look forward to trying out printing photos once I get my hands on some glossy paper. It will take a lot more time to assess the longevity of the toner cartridges, but the printer did come with what seemed like full size cartridges. Haven’t seen any notice of low ink/toner yet, so far so good. Printer also prints pretty fast, which is a nice plus. I have it set up in another room, but can’t really hear it printing – noise is very reasonable, and seems actually pretty good. Overall, I’d trust this printer to keep up with my business and personal needs, and think I’ve made a great choice purchasing the model I did.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 is intutive. There is a panel display that tells you what to do. The printer was easy to install (and I am not a techie) and it prints much faster than the 6700 that I replaced. So far, I am happy with the purchase.
