Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

This printer has been a welcome addition to our home. I was able to set it up quickly and get it working in no time at all. The Wi-Fi capabilities allows me to set up in anywhere I please. There is no need for any extra cables and I can quickly print from my cell phone or tablet when needed. I have printed, copied, and scanned on this printer and it has done exceptionally well. No need for troubleshooting, this printer works like a breeze! My wife, college professor is always in need of making copies and/or printing for her classes. Fifty copies in no time flat! It has been used significantly in our household over the past several weeks and I was worried the ink cartridges would not hold up. After hundreds of copies and printouts, there is still plenty of ink. Overall, an excellent printer. I would not hesitate to recommend immediately!

I like the profile of this printer but it’s had some performance issues. First, it will not properly feed a sheet of labels. I was always able to print labels easily on my HP 8600 series, but this printer will not feed the sheet. Also, I have had to unplug/ rep lug it to clear a false “out of paper” signal after I unsuccessfully tried to print the mailing labels.

Fast, quiet but violent. Shakes so hard that it moves the table it is sitting on. Unhappy to lose the OCR scan option that I had with previous HP printer.

First off, this printer was so easy to set up out of the box. I barely went through the setup instructions as the printer connected to my iPhone, computer and home WiFi mostly on its own! Once set up, I tried printing from my iPhone and computer with no issues. This printer is very fast! I took a couple of outdoor snaps on my phone and was surprised to see the pictures come to life in seconds. I will mostly be using this printer for work-related docs but the quality of the color is so good I see myself printing pictures from time to time. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone from small business owners to more creative work printing colorful brochures or pictures.

I bought the HP Office Jet Pro 9025 about a month ago to replace my Office Jet Pro 8600 hoping it would provide the same or similar features. After the usual getting acquainted period, I find that I like the 9025 even more than my 8600. I scan to both PDF & Jpeg, printing is quick copying is good quality. It is a little noisier than my 8600 but livable. I also like the second tray that holds envelopes so I don’t have to change the paper tray back & forth. I would recommend this product.

The HPOfficeJet PRo9025 all in one printer is great. I use it almost daily for my office as well as my personal use. I run a craft type company and I have to print multiple invoices daily. I also need copy alot of work on the printer and send it to my computer for revision. I don’t know if they could improve on it because I use it so much!

Owning a small business and printing can become quite the tough task, but with the HP 9025 it’s been a breath of fresh air. I print over 1500 pieces of paper and month for clients and this bad boy has made it a breeze. When I’m on a site and need to print things I can use the HP smart app and it’s waiting for me once I get back. Taking it out of the box and setting it up was no problem, as long as you can follow simple directions and respond yes, you’re good. Most products have problems sometimes connecting to the Wi-Fi but the 9025 connected and hasn’t lost connection one time. One thing that you also notice is it isn’t as large as you would think, back in the day all in one printer’s would need their own desk but this one shares its space with our coffee maker and let me tell you the coffee maker is many decibels higher than the printer. I also like that the ink doesn’t smudge, once I pick it up the papers I don’t have to worry about messing the pages up due to an accident. So far this has been a wonderful device and can’t wait to have it around for the foreseeable future.

Our previous printer stopped working when we upgraded to Windows 10. This HP OfficeJet Pro has been a great replacement! Myself and the staff really like the ability to print from anywhere. It was easy to setup and connected to our WiFi quickly. Will be purchasing another one for our other office in the near future.
