Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have been using HP printers for many years in my home and office but this one is by far my favorite. ASSEMBLY AND SETUP: Overall, it was very easy to assemble and setup. I really like that way the printer was packaged. After opening the box I notice something I have never seen before, the printer was in a bag with a HANDLE. It`s a small detail but made unpacking the printer so much easier, just lifted right out of the box. Set up was also easily completed in 10 minutes or less. Only small issue I had was installing the included ink cartridges. For some reason the printer did not recognize they had been installed. After removing them and reinstalling them I was able to complete the set. I had no problems connecting this printer to our network and also was able to set up three PCs and two smartphones (one android and one iphone) with no issues. PRINTING: Once setup printing is pretty straightforward. I like the large paper tray, it holds plenty of paper for a small office. The print quality is very good, clear text, bright colors and no smudging. I don`t print photos often but I think based on the other prints quality it should do this well also.APPS AND CONNECTIVITY: This is where this printer really shines in my opinion. I really like the apps for this printer. It can print from and scan to many popular online storage services right from the printers LCD, a smart phone or PC. I have never had a printer that had the ability and it is a awesome feature. They offer a monthly ink subscription service that seems like a good deal however I will most likely not use this option. PROBLEMS: As much as I like this unit I do have one complaint, the LCD. It`s a color touch screen, it`s clear and responsive if on the small size. The problem is the tilt range is limited. If you use this printer from a standing position like I do you may have a hard time seeing the screen. I wish it would tilt up about 10 more degrees, I feel like I have to crouch down slightly to really see the screen well. It`s not terrible but is a little hard to see while standing. Overall I`m very happy with this printer and would definitely recommend it to others.

I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer a few weeks ago after “retiring” my HP 8600 Plus. I loved my 8600 and had used it in a home office environment for +8 years with no issues or complaints. It finally gave out and although I desperately searched for the replacement part, none were to be had as the model was no longer available. So far so good with the 9025 which has the same amazing features as my old printer and requires less desktop space which is a big plus in the home office! I was surprised to find a printer of this caliber with the specific features I was looking for (especially the 2-sided print) at such a reasonable price. The full ream paper capacity is a big plus as well as the mobile print option. Very pleased so far!

This is about a month old and is perfect for my needs. I have it set up as a network printer and it is great. I just wish the paper eject tray could be extended to handle 14 inch paper better.

This printer was an absolute breeze to set up. It took less than 10 minutes and I was ready to go. It prints and scans from any of your devices and the connected app makes the process seamless. You can even email documents to the printer to print. It`s overall a very easy printer to use and the quality of the print jobs were perfect. I highly recommend this printer for home or office use.

I like this printer but it loses it’s connection to wifi at least once a day. How do I fix it??? I wish the screen was larger, it is difficult to work on.

I love this printer! It was super easy to set up and it runs great. It was exactly what I needed – color and double-sides printing. I had an issue with connectivity to the WI-FI for a few days but it was easily fixable, which was great!

Harder than I thought to set it up through the computer. Unlike my other printers which were plug and play this printer has u going to web sites and guessing what to down load and install. U have to do installing on each device which is unnecessary

This product did not ship with a disc for installing drivers and I could not download the drivers from HP’s site. I had to pay for a third party to get the online drivers to load.

This has a smaller footprint than my old HP8750 plus it has two paper drawer. Otherwise it functions the same, but time will tell how long it will last. All of these things have planned obsolescence.

I don`t buy new printers very often, but when I do, I care about having the latest features. This one has impressed me and I`m happy with it. Connectivity: this printer is pretty cool how connected it is. It`s not even connected via any hard wires. No need to plug in or unplug as you move your laptop about your house. The mobile connectivity is very impressive too. My printer has it`s own name and email and I can send files to the printer when i`m remote so they`re sitting there waiting for me. This is definitely my favorite feature.Utility: This printer will make my life easier when it comes to work admin stuff like doing expenses. I can quickly send files from my phone (expenses, receipts, etc) to my printer. Super excited how this will cut down time on things like this. Quick: It prints very quick. Assembly: This printer was very easy to assemble and setup for use. Just follow the easy to read instructions and you`re good to go. Competitive: Compared to past printers I`ve had and used, this is certainly up there as far as feature sets and providing what I need, and then some. Overall, I`m impressed with the new HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 and am very pleased with having it.

I bought this product a month ago and love the print quality. My only complaint so far is the lid that holds the paper when it comes out is too short. My paper falls on the ground when you are printing a large number of pages.

Taking this printer out of the box and setting up took less than 15 minutes. Love the ability to finally be able to print from my phone. I tested being out of the house and printing from my phone and when I got home it was there ready for me. The huge paper capacity will definitely put me at ease knowing I have enough paper. The double sided copier is one of the fastest I have used. The quality of print reminds me of my office laser printer but at a fraction of the cost. This printer is feature packed and an absolute breeze to use.
