Save space, time, and resources with the wireless-capable OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Inkjet Printer from HP, which packs printing, scanning, copying, and faxing into a single unit. This model has two, 250-sheet paper trays for handling large jobs and is eligible, through HP Plus, for HP’s Instant Ink Program, so users will always have a fresh cartridge when needed. At its core, the 9025 is an excellent printer with a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi and draft print speeds as fast as 39 ppm in black and ppm 39 in color. Borderless printing is available on documents up to 8.5 x 11″ and for printing non-borderless documents the printer accepts media up to 8.5 x 14″. For copying and scanning the unit has a 1200 dpi CSI scanner, and for multi-page documents the ADF has a 35-sheet capacity.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity the 9025 can be added to an existing network with ease, and all of these settings and modes can be intuitively accessed via the 2.65″ Color Graphic Display (CGD) touchscreen on the front panel. Wi-Fi Direct features allow users to connect directly from mobile devices for immediate printing needs, while it is compatible with many services for working seamlessly with a variety of devices. For those desiring a direct, simple connection a USB 2.0 port is available.
Additionally, the printer is immediately eligible for HP’s Instant Ink Program which, for a small monthly fee, allows users to automatically have their printer notify HP when it is running low on ink in order to have a fresh cartridge shipped to your door. This system guarantees that you will always have a cartridge ready to go and keeps you from needing to constantly monitor ink levels.

this printer was very easy to set up straight out of the box, instructions were very clear, was easy to connect to the wifi. It has all of the functions a good printer should and also has a touch screen. Copies turn out clear and readable and it prints quickly. Takes up less space and is fairly quiet operating. This is a good quality printer that does the job.

This printer is a good value for the wealth of features it provides. After I got by the initial installation issues, I have been successful at testing duplex document printing, greeting cards, thick paper stock, envelopes, labels, the copy function, and have successfully got the scan-to-computer function working. Ink prices are very good and print is crisp, clear, and colors are true. The reason I dropped my rating one star… My home network is a wired, internal net, and I do not need the printer on my Wi-Fi. I could not get all of the features working when I had it in a wired configuration. After fussing with it for two days, I threw in the towel and reinstalled it on my Wi-Fi – everything started working, including the incessant nags about instant ink. I’m happy with the printer, but occasionally it drops off of Wi-Fi and has to be restarted.

I bought this printer because of it’s functionality, availability, and customer reviews on print quality. Originally, I was going to buy another printer which was less expensive but availability kept getting change to future dates. After waiting for a month, I decided to look for alternatives. Came across the HP printer, which would cost less after replacing the ink cartridges twice than the original printer I was looking at. I got the printer in 3 days. Its functionality and quality of printing was as I expected. I bought my girlfriend this printer. She thought it was good looking. After using this printer, I bought one for myself as I needed a new color printer too.

Very noisy and not as crisp photos as other HP printers.

Aging LaserJet was failing so it was time to move on. Have been committed to Lasers since the HP LJ II many years and machines ago and was a bit skeptical about switching to InkJet. Very pleased with the quality, speed and features of this new machine. And will certainly appreciate the much lower cost of consumables going forward. Glad that I was able to find this reasonably priced alternative with some nice new features.

This printer does everything quickly. Scan, copy print and fax are very fast while still having excellent quality results. Was very easy to set up wireless. Uses 5g rather than 2.6. Not too large for a proffessional printer and good looking device.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. SHIPPING and SETUP: The printer arrived secured safely in a well-packaged box. The set up was VERY simple and had easy instructions to follow in the box. There is also a screen on the printer that will guide you through various steps (i.e. connecting to your network, aligning print heads, etc). Simple!APPEARANCE: For all this printer can do, I was surprised at how compact it is. Intuitive design that looks and feels like good quality. The interface screen can tilt up, which helps for viewing, but it is quite small. Paper trays and top feeding tray work quite well. Not a big fan of the high contrast, 3 tone colors of the printer housing (dark grey, medium grey, off-white).FEATURES and STRENGTHS: The onscreen display offers guidance to make the operation simple. Wireless printing worked flawlessly and printing was quite fast both in black and white and in color. Image quality was great. The scanner was very simple and fast to use and I was impressed with how easy the copier was to use. HP SMART APP: Simple, but confusing at times to navigate. Works well once you take the time to figure it out.COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS: Compared to similar products I`ve used, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer is better than average overall, but lacking in the onscreen guidance.SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS: The touch screen is small and fairly rudimentary. Distortion in the images when swiping. Larger and more user friendly guidance and a better visual appearance would be a big improvement with the “feel” of the printer. Also, I couldn`t figure out how to connect directly from my phone to print with USB (if it is even possible). It would be a nice feature to bypass the HP print app. OVERALL: I feel that this is a solid printer. It can do a great deal of tasks without taking up very much space. Wireless network printing is a convenient feature and great for mobile. I also liked being able to email the printer directly from anywhere and have it print! Aside from the above suggested improvements, this compact, efficient, and quick this printer can handle the job.

The printer is noisy and slow. Not what I expected for the price.

Not nearly as good as the HP 8025. Slow, but quiet. Set-up was a pain. It was so much easier when install disc was provided. Paper tray #2 (top) and the discharge tray are cheap beyond cheap. Feels like they’re going to snap in half every time I touch them. The discharge tray is so short, documents fall right off the end.

The copier just received does not handle legal-sized paper, i.e., 8.5 x 14 inches. The copy to be copied needs to be placed in the top left corner, not the bottom right corner as has been for so many years. The changing of usage is difficult to handle.

NOT at all happy with this 9025 it is a slower printer than my 8610 was!!!! And I don’t know how to connect thsi 9025 with my Insta Print Account ???? HELP!!!

I unpacked the printer following the simple instructions, installed all the cartridges, and immediately had a problem with an error – One or more cartridges is missing or damaged! I couldn’t even complete the installation. This was exactly the problem that I had with the hp printer (that was only 2-3 years old) that I was replacing, when hp could not solve the problem with the “damaged or missing cartridge.” This is clearly a common technical/design fault. Very frustrating!

I purchased my printer on line and it was delivered just in time as I needed to print that weekend. The print quality is outstanding but remember, I’ve only had it for one week.

If you want to scan, problems with this feature. Scan does not work.

Not as nice as the one I had. It is smaller and holds less paper. I don’t like the tray the printed pages print out on. It angles up and if you have a lot of pages they fall off. Wish my old hp had not started acting up.

This is a nice Printer but I miss my 8620. It was easier to operate. It didn’t have 2 trays. Just a better machine than this 9025.

We have always had HP Laserjet printers in the past, however, a friend told me that the new inkjets are quite and good pricing per sheet. This unit appears to meet or exceed our needs.

I absolutely love it. Set up was easy. It scans fast, and prints fast. I bought an epson 2 months ago, and went through THREE sets of ink, on under 70 pages. What a waste of money, and time. I decided to buy this printer, and wished I had in the first place. In the short time I’ve owned it, I feel like it’s already paid for it’s self.

The printer makes lots of squeaky noises before printing. The tray the printed documents comes out on is too short! Do like that there are 2 paper trays and the application partners are fun to explore
