the first printer i had to return because there were no cartridges available. I returned that printer and bought another one. I had to pay someone to load the printer into my computer because the printer would not come up on the add printer screen. I was discusted to have to pay someone to hjelp me set up the printer. Never have I had to do it with other printers on computers. It makes me think about not purchasing other HP products.

Ink cartridges are horrible and cost a lot relative to laser printers. I can’t imagine what a non-XL cartridge would be like.

I put the cartridge in, but it was leaking black ink. I hope it isn’t leaking anymore, and that it will have all the ink that I paid for. This was disappointing as I made sure to order original hp products.

The last two 910 XL ink cartridges gave me fewer than 100 copies. The second cartridge gave me only around 20 before I had a low ink alert. I think hp has a problem with these cartridges.
