Purchased mine online, was pleased with how easy it was to connect bluetooth. Still have a challenge getting the dark grey scans resolved. We spent several hours yesterday trying to resolve. HP online help nor instructions address this issue.

The toner cartridges came to me either mostly empty or dried up. I did not get even 1 usable sheet from the printer. And to make matters worse, I cannot use other brand cartridges, only HP so I run the risk of getting worthless cartridges every time. And even returning them there is no guarantee that their replacements won’t be as bad, this is not the first time this has happened. I am currently shopping for ma new printer from another brand.

I bought this for my new 8028 printer. Much better shielded and packed than the 950 and 951 inks. HP has heeded customer input and modified the design, so I’m not looking at dried ink anymore in at the wrong time. This was also the best price I could find when comparing this ink to brick and mortar stores and anyone else on the internet.
