I am not at all happy with HP. I received a black #67 cartridge and it is broken. Your self help computer system is unusable and you can’t talk with a human being. I have this lovely HP printer scanner that I can’t use until I have to buy another cartridge. I am on social security and don’t have much extra money. I love your prices but not your service

I bought black and color, and they didn’t work. I had to go buy more. I haven’t been able to try just one with the other cartridges, yet, to see which one, or both, are defective. Also, delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days, but took a week to get to me!
