Opened the cartridge up, pulled off the sticker, put it into the printer, didn’t work. Went through all the troubleshooting. Didn’t work. Just trying to return the cartridge or get a replacement but since I’m not a part of whatever the hell ink program they want me to be in I’ve got no easy avenue to try and get a replacement.

Doesn’t last very long for how expensive it is, and sometimes prints in a very odd color even though B&W was selected.

Three local office supply stores were out of this ink. All I heard was they were unable to keep in stock and even suggested that I purchase a different printer. I received product within a few days of order and was able to finish printing my tax documents. My printer is new. It was a Christmas “2020” gift.
