   Great color. Wish I could get instant ink but after spending 11/2 hours with a tech I refuse to try the website. Either do it for me or I’ll have to pay store prices and discard in trash.

   Very disappointed in these cartridges, very poor quality…only printed 2 8×11 pages and the color cartridge was emptied. Just returned to using an HP because I felt they were the best, wondering if I made a mistake

    I think filling a cartridge half full is a crime. And then filling another cartridge full and asking more is also wrong. Why is the cartridge not full in the first place? So, to make more money fill the same size cartridge and sell for more. More big business money making ideas and we pay the price.

    My problem is not with the ink cartridges. It is with the HP Envy 6020 printer. HP Smart does not recognize my Mac Air lap top nor my iPhone . I tried the Chat feature on The HP web site but that was laughable. It couldn’t answer a simple question. Instead offered solutions that didn’t apply to my problem

    Very difficult to install ink cartridges. App didn’t allow to go back and repeat instructions. Operational keys not clear. Once it was all figured out printing was fine. Need to be clearer for no tech folks. Particularly if you are 84 years old!!
