I was skeptical at first purchasing the “XL” but after reading reviews I’m glad I made the choice. the “XL” is compatible with the 67 as well (you get more pages versus the plain 67)

The ink is fine, the printer leaves a bit to be desired, for example there was no instruction booklet with it. There are some things I would like to do but don’t know how. For example; scan a picture and upload it to my computer. For that matter why didn’t I get one of theses surveys for the printer itself?

I bought this as a replacement for a malfunctioning older all in one printer. The newer model has better software and more functions however I’d like to point out that in spite of the fact that you sell this in many countries it would be nice to have printed instructions as to act as to how to access all the features in the printer some of us are still literate and preferredTo read some instructions rather than go to the web every time to figure out some feature out given what you charge for ink I’m sure you know that black ink on white paper isn’t really that expensive

The app install wasn’t clear, led me to think I needed more apps to get functionality, at times a printer shut down or computer shut down and reboot needed to get printer to wake up. It does print and scan well when it works. Still not sure if I’d recommend it. I changed printers only to go back to 2 inks instead of 5
