    Runs out of ink too quickly. I do a lot of printing and this seems to run out way too fast. I’m going to run a test against the one at Staples that touts 2 times more ink in it and see if it’s true.

    Just bought two new ink cartridges, changed both black and color at the same time. I printed 10 pages of colored flyers, I am now totally out of colored ink, but have a full black cartridge. Awfully expensive 10 pages. Can’t find anywhere but here to contact hp.

    I have purchased HP ink exclusively for my current printer – an HP. I usually order a backup cartridge as soon as one is replaced so I don’t worry about running out. However, I haven’t actually used the product you for which requested this survey.
