I bought athe toner and got it a couple of days ago. I put it the printer and it prints all right but after every use it tell me that ‘PRINTER NEEDS ATTENTION PRINTER IS LOW ON TONER/INK” i HAVE CHECKED IT, TOOK IT OUT AND PUT IT IN AGAIN to no avail iit prints very well but I still get the message.

So….. I did have a problem with this printer ink. I haven’t been able to use it I took the orange cap off and then it had a little orange tab on the side and I thought that had to come off too but when I pulled it the tape came off. So now I did put it in even though the tape was hanging and it only printed on half of the paper. I couldn’t find instructions anywhere in the box and how to put it in and it’s a new printer-it’s first time I ever had to replace the ink.
