Happy I have toner again. It works fine but there were two issues – the toner tends to bleed which is not normal for this printer or cartridge. Additionally, the recycle package that was included wasn’t large enough for this cartridge so it made the extra packaging irrelevant.

It doesn’t print colors well. Everything is streaky and I’ve tried all of the suggested remedies. No improvement. Their ink program also is happy to ratchet up your monthly pages when use is high but doesn’t offer a reduction when use is low. That doesn’t build trust.

I bought it half year ago and have been very happy with it – it is easy to set up ( nothing is needed almost to set up), easy to operate ( from iPhone , MAC and iPad), most important, it is fast to start – my old machine took about 1 min to warm up. This one takes only a few seconds. This is handy when you want to print quickly a page from your phone. It is cost effective.

Easy install of new cartridge. Wish an increase in pages to be able to print before replenishing, but wanted to purchase Hp product and not an alternative to ensure proper fit, etc. Just print what is necessary, or else replacement comes about quickly. Can become costly. For me personally, do not print that often anyway, but just be cognizant to what you decide is necessary to print. Two toner cartridges equate to basically just buying brand new printer with toner already installed. Overall satisfied, but think HP should lower cartridge pricing.

Been using this printer for a couple months, hasn’t failed me. Easier to set up than I expected. It’s quick and clear and fits in a small space. I didn’t realize when I bought it that it wasn’t also a copier, but that’s my oversight. As just a printer it’s perfect.
