   Love it!! It does everything I need at my desk. Would recommend this product to anyone in a small office environment and large unless they had large copiers on hand and then it might be too much. It sets up easily and I can track usage amounts and control what is printed on the device. Keep up the good work!

    no my printer rendering my 3rd party cartridges useless (until I swap the chips out which I plan on doing when the HP cartridges run dry). Better yet, the firmware update disabled the wired and wireless networking capability of the printer. While this is a known issue with the update, HP has done nothing to rectify it, let alone provide any troubleshooting assistance. It’s taken me about a week to figure out how to get the printer to work again on my own. You can bet that I’ve disabled the automatic firmware up dates on the printer and that I will never buy another genuine HO product again.

    I bought this printer and had very high hopes. Worked great until I had to replace the toner. Put a new NON-HP toner in the yellow and it worked fine. Tried to replace the magenta, and received a Supply Memory Error message. Put in the original HP Toner cartridge, and get the same message. Tried a second toner from a different manufacturer and the same problem. I am out so much money it’s not funny and if this is what I can expect from HP, it’s my last purchase!!! Their cartridges cost 3-4 times more!!! I’m a small business and this hurts!
