   I’ve purchased several replacement cartridges and all have worked great.. Disapointed in delivery time on this last one as it has not yet arrived, tracking says tomorrow.

   I bought this to have on hand when the printer ran out — which it said it would do any day. So far, it hasn’t run out. It’s toner. As with all toner, it costs more than I’d prefer it to cost.

   Bought one of HPs color laser printer about a year ago. I wanted a laser printer cause we don’t do a lot of printing and ink jets dry up if not used often. Toner cartridges cost more than ink, but I can let my printer sit for weeks or months without printing and it will print with no problem after sitting that long. HP also has some of the best software around. Great user interface.

   It’s just a toner cartridge. I expect it to work just like the one that came with the printer. It’s very expensive, but I bought it to avoid any possible printer damage that I might have gotten from an aftermarket cartridge.

    no my printer rendering my 3rd party cartridges useless (until I swap the chips out which I plan on doing when the HP cartridges run dry). Better yet, the firmware update disabled the wired and wireless networking capability of the printer. While this is a known issue with the update, HP has done nothing to rectify it, let alone provide any troubleshooting assistance. It’s taken me about a week to figure out how to get the printer to work again on my own. You can bet that I’ve disabled the automatic firmware up dates on the printer and that I will never buy another genuine HO product again.

    You can always be sure that buying a HP cartridge will work well in your HP printer. Don’t waste your money on cartridges that are tagged as the same thing. Always rely on HP.
