   I ordered a magenta and a black cartridge. I wanted to order a black two-pack, but you were sold out of that so I only ordered the one. Can’t say for sure that this particular cartridge works well. It’s my spare. I am getting very good prints out of my color laser printer. Haven’t yet determined if it makes sense for me financially..

   It works, ask me again in a year or two. I only use color for the covers of the music books I put together. This is a non-professional occupation. I play mostly Irish and a bit of early music and most of my books are specialized for things I want to play or study.

   I only bought the HP cartiridges because HP will not allow most of their printers to works with non-HP cartiridges. So I paid $404 for a cartridge set when the $136 set I bought wouldn’t run. No warnings in the HP marketing materials for my printer, or in the instructions included with it.

   I replaced our first in cartridge since we purchased this printer. Even the low volume cartridge lasted a long time. Reordering was a piece of cake. Good price next day delivery, everything buyers want today in a transaction!

    I bought this printer and had very high hopes. Worked great until I had to replace the toner. Put a new NON-HP toner in the yellow and it worked fine. Tried to replace the magenta, and received a Supply Memory Error message. Put in the original HP Toner cartridge, and get the same message. Tried a second toner from a different manufacturer and the same problem. I am out so much money it’s not funny and if this is what I can expect from HP, it’s my last purchase!!! Their cartridges cost 3-4 times more!!! I’m a small business and this hurts!

    Print cartridges – difficult to see when the product would be delivered. Took more than a week to give an estimated delivery date. Used to be next day delivery, not two weeks.
