   I was sorely disappointed in this product! The color cartridge was dried up…I needed it for an important project and couldn’t believe after receiving it that there was no ink in the cartridge. Will never order online again!

    This is probably the third or fourth cartridge set I’ve purchased for my two printers and while the usage and quality is as expected, I am very pleased with the ease of removal and replacement of the cartridges. I honestly cannot think of any method that would be easier or less complicated .
