   It seems like a small thing but to me it is huge that when my ink cartridge is installed it NEVER has failed. I recomend it over the “cheap” off brand every time.

   i bought this 3 weeks ago and it is faulty and not recognized by my printer. the ink light shows no problem and is not blinking but the ink resevoir shows no ink in it – completely no ink not registering ink

    Was pleased with service, price and the fact they send an envelope to return old cartridges. The ink was delivered in three days. A lot easier that going out to the store.

    I have bought a printer that had been refurbished – The color cartridge was faulty and would not print the full spectrum of colors. After some investigation it was determined that a new HP type cartridge be installed – which I have done and every thing is just fine now. The black cartridge was low so I just ordered one and want to thank you very much for fine products
