   I ordered Black & Color ink. The Black cartridge was fine but the Color cartridge was drying. The boxes they came in looked as if they had been knocked around. I have ordered before online and it was good. This time I don’t feel I got a quality product.

    I like buying on the phone so I hear a voice giving me information on the products available. The ink does not last as long as the time stated. I only have one arm/hand so it’s hard to put it into the printer and I need help each time.

    The HP ink cartridges are always the right product for my HP printers. Substitutes maybe cheaper, but the quality of HP ink cartridges is built in for great printing results.
