   I recently purchased a HP printer (6055) slim, attractive and functional (does copy fax as well as printing). I used the original HP cartridge but switched to an inferior generic brand for a replacement. Nothing but issues. For me HP gets it right and that’s what I am going to stick with. They even have a convenient automatic replacement program for the ink cartridges, I will have to give that a go.

    my printer says its full but no color ink is printing, i trouleshoot the printer settings and evrything is fine. Something must bewrong with the cartridge.
