   I have made several attempts to align the cartridges without success. I had to put the old one back in, realign them and then had to purchase new cartridges at the store. I will never shop for them online again. Now I have to figure out how to return them. I have never had a problem with HP cartridges before. This is the first time I’ve ordered them online

    I purchased my HP Officejet 5255 a year ago, then was away for 6 months. Came back and the toners were still clear and bright in the machine. When I bought some new ones for backup, the new black toner works so well, It was as if I never had the machine off for 6 months!

    I order these cartridges through the year and am happy with them except the cost of them. In my opinion, they are too high in cost and could be lowered somewhat.
