   This printer is not easy to set up, slow in printing, eats ink and has poor print quality… run.

   Reviewing an ink cartridge seems pretty silly but HP has asked me to do so. I haven’t yet installed it because the old cartridge still has some ink in it. But I can say that it came in a nice little cardboard package

   This product comes with no indication of how much ink is in the cartridge. If you want to know how much ink is in the cartridge, you have to look it up on the website. Then it will only list how many pages it prints. Seems like I’m constantly running out of ink because the cartridges just don’t have much ink in them. I’ve always purchased HP printers because of price, quality and ink. This will be my last HP printer. The ink is too expensive for the amount of pages it prints.

    The review title, above, is an understatement, to say the least. Installed cartridge, which lasted approximately 25 impressions, nowhere near what I could reasonably expect. WHAT RECOURSE DO I HAVE?

    It printed fine for first couple of pages and then just stopped. Had to call HP support to get this sorted out. they sent out a replacement which now works.

    After 10+ years, I finally had to purchase my second HP printer. I have always used genuine HP cartridges without fail! I tried off brands in the past and wound up going back to HP. I also always use their recycle program. They have always provided envelopes to send in cartridges … no fuss and super easy! I will always remain a loyal customer.
