    I was given the printer/copier, by my daughters – for Christmas. The quality and clarity is exceptional. But, most pleasing is the longevity of the cartridges. I write stories and articles, and the seem to have extended life. I had assumed more frequent replacement.

    When I need ink cartridges I go straight to HP because I never had any problems with that brand. I have had a few problems with refurbished ones and won’t go that route anymore. They may be cheaper, but it’s not worth it if your printer does not accept them or if they last less than expected.

    I prefer the original HP products, easy to install on my HP printer. Test page prints on its own and its easy to manage changing the ink cartridges.
