   Bought this printer at the beginning of our ‘work-from-home’ during the pandemic. It worked for a full 3 days (maximum usage 3-4 times/day for lass than 5 pages each. Then didn’t. 3 people tried for about 6 hours total to troubleshoot and then gave up. Run, don’t walk, in the other direction. Brother Laserjet is the answer!

    My printer (OfficeJet 4650) reads this cartridge as a non-HP product and refuses to complete print job. I had to remove it to get my machine working again. ??????
