   I had previously tried to buy your color cartridges on line and found the system very hard to follow, so this time I tried calling in the order. The person who answered was courteous, but she took more that 10 minutes to get the order entered. That is very slow.

   OMG! I don’t print often or a lot. Printed about 20 pages and already out of ink. Was trying to print an important document only 2 pages and no more ink!!! What gives? Are these refurbished cartridges? I’m so disgusted.

   If you own or are thinking of buying a printer that uses this ink, look elsewhere. It is supposed to last twice as long as the regular ink but lasted half as long instead!!!!

   I was so happy to receive this ink cartridge in such a timely manner! I am upset when I cannot copy something interesting that I might want to give to someone else who is without a computer. Getting the ink quickly made me very happy!!! I have an hp printer and wanted the best ink for it and I got it!!! Thanks!!

    I tried other inks from other companies and the HP inks are by far better. some of the other inks stop working with the ink still half full. And the color is no match.
