   I use both 63 Color and Black XL cartridges. Using XL gives me better yield and less need to change cartridges all the time. As a writer, I do not like being interrupted by frequent cartridges changes, and XL is my solution.

   I bought HP ink because when you buy an HP printer you are locked in to HP’s ink – like every other brand – give away hardware – burn on consumables

   I had a HP 6700 printer and the ink would not run when wet. I now have a ENVY 4520 and the color fades/runs when wet. Not good if you are doing photos

    Does what it should. Works well. Wish HP would stop making new types for nearly every printer, its nuts. I guess its how HP squeezes $ from consumers, and makes sure you can’t keep a printer for long time as the cartridges will no longer be available.
