    I wanted to reorder ink #62 and apparently #63 also shows up on my order form. I don’t know why HP would do that since it doesn’t work in my copier. I wasn’t even aware until I kept getting a message that the copier was (still) out of ink or not inserted properly. I love HP but I think you need to keep products not fit for your particular device off the reorder form.

    When I loaded it in my printer the printer would not recognize it. I removed it and loaded it again with the same result. So I went to WaMart and bought another one that worked just fine.
