“Incompatible” – I purchased this HP power adapter from a page related to my new HP laptop. I was very confused to find there was an error noting “incompatible power adapter” even though both were HP products and the power adapter was one of the recommended accessories. I’ve since returned this as I did not want to risk being told the warranty of the laptop was void or some other issue.
