   My printer said it needed it currently all five cartridges. So I put them all in only to find out it’s still not working. By then it finally came up with the message that it wasn’t working!!!!

   I had tried to save some money by using refurbished ink cartridges, boy what a mistake. I now have the right cartridges and my copies look fantastic. When will I learn? I think I did with my new cartridges.

    I have 3 HP printers and got this Photosmart D5460 to keep it close to my desk for printing invoices and receipts, but I’m really disappointed with the short lifespan these 564 ink cartridges have. My network printer (Photosmart C6150) uses 02 ink cartridges and I get a much longer lifespan out of those. Then I have my little Photosmart 335 photo printer with one little tricolor 97 cartridge outlasting the 5 separate 564 ink cartridges, which really bugs me. I tried the 564XL and they are OK but cost so much more. I’m just not impressed with this predicament at all.

    Awesome customer service and products at regular low prices. I wished i had stopped here first for my HP supplies but for whatever reason I thought elsewhere would be cheaper. Man did i ever make a mistake nobody had what I needed or could correct the mistakes we both made together. Only HP got my out of the jam. THANKS HP

    i have an all-in-one printer that has a regular black cartridge and this product which is a “photo” black ink cartridge. i hardly ever print photos on this printer yet the photo black ink cartridge always is used up way before the regular black cartridge. Why are two cartridges needed?? why does the photo one empty first?

    I just bought a 564 photo cartridge for a 7520 PhotoSmart printer and it gives me a missing or damaged cartridge. Need to return this item sinc it did not work.

    HP ink is expensive and does not last long. Had printer about two yrs old, used very little and order new ink because printer won’t work if one ink is out. Ink jets go out, ink is a mess everywhere and just wasted my money on the new ink. I will not ever buy HP product again.
