   very poor as to quantity of prints-cartridge is depleted rapdily; very disappointing. We have several HP printers in our office and have to purchase different print cartridges for each printer. Then, when the HP printer breaks, as they often do, we are left with unused cartridges. It would be so easy and so customer friendly for HP to standardize their print cartridges so that the cartridges could be interchanged among different printers.

   I Want to makesure before i Purchase the Cartridge because there are to black cartridges in the printer, One is Big and One is Small but i want the Small Black? Please tell me the code for that Cartridge?

   At least every two months my wireless printer goes off line and it takes me hours (sometimes) of reintalling it to get it working again. Also the many anoying “POP UP WINDOWS” it throughs up when I am in the middle of working is just not right, I wish I could turn them off !!! I do not need to be reminded to buy ink every few minutes, once theses windows start they just don’t stop !! Plus the ink cart. are way to small and expencive!!! Also the “PHOTO BLACK INK” is hard to order your web store is very vauge on this product!! I have ordered this and gotten the large “Regular Black Ink” many times, in fact I have enough of the reg. ink to last me several years because of this. I will never buy a wireless printer again!

    I am having the same problem as mjj420 from Swedesboro, NJ; I can’t seem to find the smaller black cartridge anywhere ( the one the has the symbol that looks like a bowtie on the cartridge). I have bought several & when I get home the are the same size as the 564 black XL but the box didn’t indicate it was the XL. My printer is more or less useless without this ink cartridge. Why did HP stop including this in the multipack?

    You need this or your printer won’t work. It’s suppose to be for photos, but I think it is just a way to up the cost of ink. For that reason this is my last HP Printer ever!

    I’m trying to understand why the price of your ink is skyrocketing and we’re getting the same amount or less ink in the cartridge. The price of ink has increased almost every year. Ridiculous. And your PhotoSmart printer is garbage, which, is why you must’ve discontinued it. I am so disappointed in your products I may never buy them again.
