Cartridge did not work had to go out and buy another. Wasted three other color cartridge’s (brand new) with trying alignment and cleaning procedures before I went out and purchased another (which worked immediately) 564 XL black. Have purchased quite a few cartridge’s from you, and will never get from you again.

Installed cartridge, however, cartridge did not show as being full – appears cartridges are not being properly filled. My older printer which this replaces are 2 cartridges one for color and one for black – printer 970cse. Cartridges seem to not last as long as they should.

The ink is just fine. Wish the different cartridges of black photo and black regular were easier to know which one is which. The size is different but there is nothing stating which cartridge the printer needs. I now have 3 regular blacks (black circle on box) because of trying to get the black (butterfly emblem on box) cartridge.

I have never had any issues with the product itself. The only thing is that I first bought the regular size and it didn’t fit. It doesn’t say anywhere that you have to buy only the XL size. My printer is HP Photosmart 5514.
