   Easy to order, but once I put the cartridge in the printer didn’t work. Ugh, so I need to call and find out if I can order a new print head.

   Works fine. Like all ink cartridges, kind of expensive for what you get, but I guess that’s why the ink jet printers are so cheap. I would certainly expect to buy another one when this one is gone.

   I don’t print many documents, so HP economy ink works very well for me. Ink will dry out over time, so this size avoids that prob.

   My c309 printer does a great job, but the ink cartridges are a joke. You get so few prints from them that I will soon be able to buy a different printer with money saved by not using this one. Also the two black cartridges are so poorly marked it is easy to get the wrong one. They have a symbol to distinguish between the two, but the symbol is on the product on the inside of the package!!!!! I am not a happy camper with this product, but have been a loyal HP user for many years.

    B&H service is great, BUT be AWARE: pictures don’t always match products, READ to make sure! THIS ink cartridge is ONLY FOR USE IN 5 CARTRIDGE PRINTERS. The actual box says that, the image here on the site does not. The DETAILS are correct, so read them BEFORE ordering the wrong ink!

    The only ink I use . Never use imitation inks. It wrecks your printer.
