   ANY HP printer using the 564 cartridges in any color or size leave a lot to be desired for the amount of printing they provide. I find that they run out of ink long before the expected or advertised lifespan occurs. They just don’t last long. My other printers ink last much longer. They are just bad buys and priced way too high for their lifespan!

   I installed the new cartridge and after running the printer alignment function, the status report indicated that the cartridge was depleted. I didn’t print a single full color page and the cartridge was already depleted. Similar situation happened with the yellow and black cartridges I ordered.

   I was thrilled with the features and ease of use of my HP Photosmart printer, however, the ink cartridges (all of them) leave a lot to be desired. They are highly overrated by HP; they don’t make anywhere near the number of copies HP says they will. They are cheaper per cartridge than other cartridges, but you quickly make up the difference in the number you have to buy. I expected better from HP.

   I have an HP 7525 printer. This printer cartridge was supposed to work in the machine but didn’t. Please tell me how to return it and request one that fits.

    I ordered two black cartridges. One of them was defective. And wouldnt work in my printer. This was the first time I had trouble with a product from B&H.

    New HP564 inkcartridges are not reliable and they do not last as long as the cartridges did for our old HP D1400 series printer. We do not recomend this printer or the cartridges.
