HAVE USED YOUR PRODUCTS FOR MANY YEARS…THIS WAS MY FIRST ONE THAT DIDNT GO AS PLANNED..INSTALLED THE FIRST INK CARTRIDGE AND IT WENT IS AS IT SHOULD ..THE SHEET TO SCAN , PRINTED AUTOMATICALLY, SCANNED THE SHEET AS INSTRUCTED…BUT THE CARTRIDGE WOULDNT PRINT AS EXPECTED..IN FACT ONLY A FEW SPLOTCHES WOULD APPEAR ON THE PAPER…TRIED TO REINSERT IT AND IT DID THE SAME THING…..INSERTED THE OTHER CARTRIDGE, AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY….IT WAS DISAPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST..THANKS.

The number of copies I got from the HP 60 black ink cartridge is very low. I used the economy setting and only got 165.
