I don’t print much off of my printer… Coupons, bill tracking spread sheets, etc. I have had the printer for a couple months. I bought a black 60 last Sunday and I have already blown through the ink PRINTING COUPONS! may be 100 pages max… So disappointed in this printer. I love it because it is wireless, but hate everything else about it. I think I’m going to grab my old printer out of the closet and use it instead…. even if I have to plug it in all the time. M

I an hp Photosmart C4780 printer for really cheap when I bought my new computer… now I know why. The 60 ink cartridge is so bad. I wanted to printed a 150 page document. I put in a brand new black cartridge and color cartridge. I had it set to draft black and white. I got about 100 pages in before it started going bad. This is not a good product. As a Palo Alto guy, I have always been a fan of HP. When a product is this poor I feel like HP is losing the big fight.

I cannot believe that my ink cartridge is EMPTY ALREADY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Thank god the scanner function is wonderful with my HP printer scanner copier.. or it would be in the GARBAGE!! I will never buy HP ink again

Worst cartridge I’ve ever used! The quality of the printing is fine but the quantity is horrendous. You’re lucky if you get 100 pages of printed text from one cartridge and that’s without printed images. At this rate I’ll need to find a second job just to afford the ink cartridges. My advise is to find a printer that doesn’t use this ink.

I have used countless numbers of these over the years, but this one showed up and was rejected by my printer as faulty. In general I have had good luck with these, but this particular one didn’t work. Local drugstore provided another which is working fine.
