You rate this ink at 165 pages. My first real run on this ink did only 65 pages before running out. It had one picture approximately 3×5 on the 8-1/2 x 11 sheet. The rest of the flyer was in black ink only. The black ink kept on going for many more pages.

I am quite disappointed with HP that your company continues to price your ink cartridges so high that I am paying about the same price for this 2-pack (of Black/Tricolor cartridges) as I originally paid for the printer itself. It’s like buying the printer over & over each time I need new ink cartridges! I am also unhappy with the volume of tricolor ink. I know it probably costs more to produce, but at prices like this your company can afford to be more generous with your goods!! For these reasons, I am thinking of replacing my hp printer with another brand, one that has good quality products & does NOT charge an arm & a leg for the ink!!!

Continue to purchase this ink because the hp printer I own hp photosmart printer I own only takes original hp ink cartridges. The label states up to 60 pages however, the price is high and pages depend on the item printed, many times it will be far less.
