   Usually HP products are very good. However, this time the cartridge they sent is defective. It says it is incompatible to my printer? It is the same number, 60, that I always use. I haven’t had a chance to send it back to them yet. Hoping they will make good for it.

    I am very disappointed in this ink product. We bought a printer specifically to make color photos believing it would not be more expensive than going to a store to get prints. The color has only printed 32 pictures and now the printer says,” low on ink” again!! With the cost of ink – this is too expensive.

    The HP 60 Ink Cartridge lasted 2 weeks. It’s only had about 10 sheets of paper through it. I’m very disappointed. 🙁
