   This printer works well except for the fact that it is unbelievably slow. Also, it would be great if one could purchase tri-color XL and save buying toner so often. I like to print photos but they take forever to print and the toner runs out rapidly.

    it seems to be working fine now,for some reason i was getting double letter(shadow)print and had to re-install the whole system..i print receipts for customers and other docs.i don’t 5 star much of anything due to the fact that nobody puts out a 5 star product!..don’t know about the longevity of the ink but i will know that when it’s gone..

    Officejet printer error reports that cartridge is incompatible with printer mechanism. Printer won’t print in color.

    I always use HP ink in my HP copier. I really like the larger ink cartridges for more printing use. I found the larger color/black were out of stock. So I had to order separately. Also, if it was sent via Fedex the package was put in my mailbox not delivered to my door.

    I tried other ink cartridge’s and methods of refilling the factory cartridge , it’s messy it doesn’t last or they just do not work. I purchase the factory replacements for H.P. store fast shipping and convenient I don’t have to leave the house .
