I bought the ink cartridge and the printer would not recognize it. HP support sent another one. That one also is not being recognized by the printer. It is the correct number and all other colors worked fine. The printer will not work even in black and white without this cartridge.

I bought this print cartridge, installed it, and now my HP printer does not work at all. Also checking out when buying cartridges is diffiCult. You have to find the grocery cart icon hiding in the upper right corner to check out.

The good news is that I have had no difficulties with original HP cartridges. Yes, like a lot of folks I have tried “after market” cartridges in the past. No more. Just snap out the old empty cartridge and snap in the new one. You might say that as long as the new cartridge works great, as it does, it is boring and that is good for using a printer when you need to print. No drama. Excellent!

Turns out if even one color on our printer is out the printer will print nothing. So not a problem with cartridges but definitely a defect in our model of printer!
