this is the second time I have tried to purchase ink cartridges for my hp officejet pro printer, selecting the ink cartridges noted by the user manual. Both times I have tried to install these cartridges, I get an error message, saying that these cartridges are NOT used by my model. You can’t imagine how frustrating this is. So, right now, I don’t have a working HP printer.

Oh, the ink works real fine! However, I’m real concerned on the prices of the products. As retirees, stuck on a fixed income, those ink prices strike a good noticeable dent on our Social Security pensions. We are forced to be spareingly users of our printer so we can pay our other normal bills.
