   I have used brand x ink cartridges in the past, and poor results. Either didn’t work, or were short on ink. Ever since I have used genuine HP cartridges, and never had a regret.

   Wasn’t real thrilled that I had to buy this even when I wanted to print I just black ink. It does the job very well, but I need to investigate better options.

   The ink and printer work perfectly however the cartridge life is very poor, and the colored inks are consumed even when only printing in black and white. Price is way too high.

    The product is excellent, been using same for the last at least 15 years. However, I am missing the “no-charge, overnight delivery” I always used for all these years. When I’m right in the middle of an important job I have to get out and my printer suddenly tells me my ink is low, I always immediately ordered and received the replacement I needed via “no-charge, overnight delivery” and never missed a deadline. Please, bring the overnight delivery back. Thank you.
