I bought about 3 weeks ago and kept going through a setup loop as the setup procedure preferred to use me cell phone. I finally just added a printer on my desktop and I continuously receive an offline message even though it occasionally prints. Have not had a free hour to troubleshoot the entire setup, but was disappointed because most HP products setup quite quickly

I purchased this product for my mother for Christmas. She has a small apartment in an assisted living facility, uses a laptop regularly, and just wanted to be able to make prints and copies every once in a while. My son, who is a PhD student at Notre Dame, spent well over an hour trying to get it set up for her, and was not able too. It should not be that complicated. I can’t really rate the product because we were not able to get it to work at all.

Cannot get it to connect to network and cannot print direct from phone. The app just goes into waiting and does nothing. Too many variables to contend with. Poor to ok print quality. Time for a different brand?

I am very sorry to tell I can not get the printer I recently purchased to work, I would like to know how to return the printer for a full refund. Thank you, am waiting for instructions on how to return it to you.

I was given this thing last Christmas, and was excited to use it. Now, I want to throw it from a tall tower more often than not. It SUCKS. I constantly struggle to print from my mobile, which is the number one reason I wanted a printer. It shows up at least three times on the list of printers (and I only have ONE), with some constantly coming and going, as though it’s turning off and on. Even the constant “on” ones won’t print more often than not. The printer shows on the app as ready to print, yet it won’t. It also likes to print more pages than it’s supposed to–really great when I only get so many per month. I have run diagnostics, turned off and back on (the printer, the wi-fi, the apps), nothing ever works dependably, or finds any issues. This system is HORRIBLE. And the freaking lights!!! The only place I have for it right now is our bedroom. The whole thing has to be covered to avoid the stupid lights. Just covering the buttons on top doesn’t work, because the whole piece of clear plastic for the scan part lights up. The lights are bright, too. Multiple layers of duct tape still won’t block them. I can’t turn it off because the Instant Ink program has a cow if it’s left off. The scanning and copy functions are as bad as the rest. I needed to copy a full page official document, but it cut off the top or bottom every time. The whole thing is a joke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STUPID THING AT ALL.

I purchased this model for use in our motorhome. It fits very nicely in the cabinet next to the dining table with room to spare. Very pleased and the Bluetooth connectivity makes for ease of use and ability to print from multiple sources.

Sleek and small size personal printer. Speed is slow. Printing on both sides is difficult
Charity Dare (verified owner) –
Little printer does make copies, slowly. No two-sides copies either. If you don’t do a lot of printing and aren’t in a hurry, the price is right.

Biggest piece of crap and was returned because it did not work.

This is an awful printer. It never connects wirelessly quickly. On average it takes 30 minutes to get something to print.

This printer does so much yet takes up such little space!

Standard printer, HP quality. The smart app was not great, but I figured it out.
