I can’t get the WiFi to connect to the device and there’s absolutely nowhere to call a customer service number to get some assistance. This is ridiculous for such a huge company

Worked for a few months, then stopped; when you ‘cancel’ a project, it spits out 2 or 3 ‘Printer Status Reports’ – thus using up your allotted pages; when you print on clear sheets, it leaves lines across the back; it has NEVER given me notice that ink is low until I print something and it’s poor quality; it won’t ‘take’ glossy paper anymore… Need I go on??

This is my first wireless printer and I love it. It prints great quality photos and documents even from my cell. Easy to install and small foot print is a plus.

I absolutely love it. Its so convenient and doesn’t take up much space.

Good printer should have bought similar model years ago.

We bought this so our 7-year old granddaughters could print pictures from their new cameras, and it’s easy enough for them to work unattended.

Wish it had double side printing to save the trees!!

So far, so good! I love this size, functionality and it’s incredibly easy! Print copies are very good and scanning it’s simple. I’m so glad I opted for this copier, no regrets!

This printer has never been able to stay connected to the internet. Even with internet upgrades, only been able to use maybe three times total with in the past year. Would not waste my money on this product. Get a printer that you can actually use, and troubleshoot.

This printer is so hard to use. I click print page and it takes it forever to print. When the copy comes out it shoot out so fast it could travel half way across my room. It cuts off on its own and then I got to turn it back on. I guess that is an energy saver. Leave my printer on. I will pay for the energy, thank you very much. After the above mal functions I can’t wait till I try and scan something.

Just got this and set it up. Fits perfectly on my desk and does everything a larger all-in one printer would do.

Purchased the HP 3755 for my granddaughter and its a winner. Small footprint with big functionality.

This printer almost NEVER works for me. My computer never recognizes the printer as “on” when I am trying to print, and trust me I have spent a long time trying to trouble shoot this. It only prints after I have printed a test page and that’s only half the time. I have never been able to hook up wireless printing successfully. As a college student, I was looking for a small but efficient printer but this one has only given me headaches and frustration. I absolutely would not recommend this product.

I returned this printer shortly after it arrived. Its small size prevented loading more than one document at a time for copying. So I dewcided to keep my OfficeJet 5255

This is a compact printer with a lot of features. If you are not tech savvy, it can be difficult to set it up with your computer and a bit difficult getting used to the buttons and small display screen. On the plus side, customer service was super at remotely helping me get both of our laptops set up and set up the instand ink account.

This printer seems so slow compared to my old HP. I would have liked to connect it directly to my computer and not use the wireless feature. However, I couldn’t figure out how to accomplish that. Setting it for wireless use was easy. For the price I think it’s a fine printer. There must be a shortage of other new printers in my price range but this one was available. A nice plus is that it is small and fits on my desk very well.
