Unknown. I am 5g wifi and so I am getting a cord for this unit as reviews have noted working only w 2.4G capability. So I am unhappy at this, and I purchased as a direct result of CNET best cheap printer. I use Epson 3000 for photography. People need caveat carefully current issues w accelerated newer modems brought to you by XFINITY etc.and verify synchronicity.

It’s a great printer and the ink program but need to make sure you select the correct plan of printing pages. If you go over it could be pricey!

How do I scan/copy something small, like Social Security card or laminated driver’s license?

I like the size of the printer but disappointed it does not print on both sides of the paper.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. It was a little difficult to set up but once I did it seems to work good…..

This printer has been great for printing colored activities for my classroom. If you’re just wanting to print on regular paper, this printer is perfect! I was hoping to print many of my things on card stock but it gets caught in the paper feeder and messes up the image you’re printing. Maybe there is a card stock setting that I haven’t figured out yet but I don’t think there is.

I brought this to replace my HP AMP that just wouldn’t connect to internet and this was just so easy to connect. I really like it.

Too slow, copies have black strips at beginning, holds too few sheets of paper

color good match for office, small foot-print good fit, after technician debugged very happy with workings of printer. this printer is not for big/continuous jobs but it serves me well. Previous printer model gave way to making another/this selection. if you are seeking a lite duty, small foot print capable machine this is the one. wish more printers came in white or color accents. thus far very happy with HP brand printers highly recommend!

Who would thought that an all-in-one could be this small, it is perfect for the size in my desk and with the instant ink trial (3months) I’m going to print all my wife old pics from her camera without worrying for ink. Definitely an amazing small printer.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it absolutely will not hook up to my computer or my cell phone even though I did everything I was supposed to according to the directions. However, it will hook up with my ipad but that’s it. I miss the days where there was an actual disk with the printer and could install it that way. That ALWAYS worked. Printing is rather slow but I don’t do that much printing but when I DO, I want to use with my computer. I have had this problem a lot with HP printers and I have had at least 3 of them…time for a new brand I think

Had to hire a computer tech to get this printer to connect wirelessly, and I have connected many printers myself in the past.

I read the reviews AFTER I ordered my printer. It came 2/11/22, I printed a few sheets and was happy. I came back two hours later and it would not print. It won’t print via wireless or cord (my own because it doesn’t come with one). I tried printing straight from the app. Still nothing. I have had the printer less than 24 hours and I have already contacted HP for a full refund. They can have it! It looks nice and I wanted a small simple printer but most importantly I need a printer that prints! Don’t waste your time. Believe the negative reviews because I wanted the printer to work for me and it just doesn’t.
