I have owed HP printers for over 20 years . This is the first time I was disappointed. Used one day and have already purchased a new printer.

Overall I like this printer, setup was easy and it’s easy to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is SLOW. I was not expecting for it to be so slow printing the pages. But It does the job and the scanner works good.

I love how small and simple this printer is. Its able to scan with a scan bar on top (we haven’t yet). Printing has been well and crisp. The only thing I’ve had an issue with is I have to restart my printer each time I want to print over wifi. Also wifi range isnt great. Other than that this printer was perfect for size and price.

I was going to rate this printer a one because of the initial problems I was having loading their software. I contacted tech support, They did a remove (took over the printer remotely) . It took tech support about 30 minutes to finally get it up and running. I only wanted plug and play. They ultimately set it up for wireless which I didnt mind. . My advice to anyone purchasing this printer is that if you are experiencing difficulty loading the software, contact HP tech support at their 800 number. You may have to wait a while to speak with a tech, but it will be worth it. They are very qualified and know exactly how to proceed. The main reason I purchased this printer was because of its extremely small footprint. Its not a really fast printer and does make a little noise, but I can deal with that. I dont consider it a problem. Its also very reasonably priced for its size and what it does. I have no regrets making this purchase and recommend this model as long as you dont do a lot of printing and dont mind its slower speed. I highly recommend this model.

To be honest this printer is pretty nice but I don’t like the fact that It takes a long time to connect. I got the turquoise one and the size Is perfect since I don’t have a lot of space but to scan is a nightmare since you have to use an app and like I mentioned before the connection is bad it would give you a lot of stress . I had printers before and I never had a connection problem . The copy Part is works great I don’t have a problem with that and when it get a good connection with your phone It works fine too. Personally the wireless part is a hastle for me . I have to restart The machine so many times lately .

Just recently purchased a new printer (it was over due)! The first couple of prints were speedy and now I feel the speed is gone, kind of disappointed in that. Other wise I love the printer and how easy it is to copy and scan.

If you are okay that this printer is not very fast but it does work, you can print, copy and scan. Also the size is very compact, this is great for a student or for those of use who live in small spaces.

I have put the ink cartridges in twice but it does not read that the color cartridge is not in. It says that I have printing in que when I have not sent anything to print and when I do I have to turn the printer off and then on and still won’t print for hours. I should have stuck with canon.

I hate this printer/scanner it only scans one page at a time. Although it prints on plain paper ok that’s not enough to call it a scanner.
Alisa Beatty (verified owner) –
It is the slowest printer that I have ever owned I does not separate the paper sheets as it feeds them, two or more sheets through the printer each time. I will not buy another HP Printer.

I returned it. I couldn’t ever get it to connect wirelessly and the printer doesn’t even come up in the choose to connect area. It is small and compact. Nice color and arrangement.
